The Mackay Lab is dedicated to advancing fundamental and translational immunology by uncovering how tissue-resident immune cells protect barrier sites and influence disease. Through innovative experimental models and collaborative science, we aim to define new principles of immune memory and harness them for next-generation therapies against cancer, infection, and autoimmune disease.
